Requirements for Passport Applications

For the purpose of passport applications and processing you will require the following;

1. Original birth certificate and photocopy.
2. Original National ID Card & copy.
3. Three Current passport size photos.
4. Recommender’s ID Card copy.
5. Old passport for replacement.
6. Parents National ID cards and copy.
